We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing Time

Most in-stock items are prepared and dispatched within a few business days. During peak periods or artisan restocks, your order may require a little additional time. For this reason, we kindly recommend allowing up to 10 business days for your order to ship.

Once your package leaves our studio, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information. Caring for Your Bio-Based Leather

Our bio-based leathers are crafted to be timeless and durable — with a little care, your Bella Moda piece will stay beautiful for years to come.

    Store your bag in a cool, shaded space. Prolonged exposure to sunlight or heat sources like radiators can dry out or discolor the material.
  2. Wipe Clean Gently
    For everyday dirt or spills, use a soft, slightly damp microfiber cloth. Let it air dry naturally — avoid harsh chemical cleaners.
  3. Protect from Water Saturation
    While materials like cork offer natural water resistance, they are not fully waterproof. Blot spills immediately rather than letting moisture soak in.
  4. Condition Periodically
    Use a conditioner formulated for vegan or plant-based leathers every few months to keep the material supple and help prevent cracking.
  5. Store with Care
    When not in use, stuff your bag with tissue paper or a soft insert to help it hold its shape, and keep it in a breathable dust bag rather than plastic.
  6. Rotate Use
    Give your bag rest between uses and avoid overpacking to help extend its lifespan.
