Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only.
How long does shipping take?
We prepare and dispatch most in-stock items within a few business days.
Occasionally, especially during peak periods or artisan restocks, your order may require a little extra time, so we recommend allowing up to 10 business days before shipment.
We partner with trusted carriers—including FedEx, UPS, and USPS—to deliver domestic orders.
Once your package leaves our studio, you will receive an email with your tracking information. This will allow you to follow your delivery as it moves through the carrier’s network.
Please note that transit times may vary due to carrier schedules or unexpected delays, which are outside of our control. We kindly encourage customers to provide a secure and accurate shipping address to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer a simple, transparent flat-rate delivery of $9.90 across the United States. All orders of $300 or more receive complimentary shipping automatically at checkout.
Do you offer gift packaging?
At this time, we do not offer gift packaging; however, we are working on introducing a minimal, luxury packaging option soon. If you have a special request, please feel free to contact us — we will always do our best to accommodate whenever possible.
How do returns and exchanges work at Bella Moda Collection?
We want you to love your piece, and we understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be needed.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
To ensure a smooth process, we kindly ask that you contact us before sending any item back. This allows us to provide instructions and confirm eligibility.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with the original box, dust bag, and all packaging included with your shipment.
Please note that return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will finalize your return or arrange an exchange according to your preference.
Can I cancel an order?
Once your order is placed, it begins its journey right away. Because of this, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations after submission. After your order arrives, we are always here to assist you with a return or exchange if needed.
Do you offer return shipping labels?
Customers are welcome to select the carrier of their choice when sending an item back. We suggest choosing a shipping method that provides tracking, so you can follow the return and have confirmation of delivery.
Where are the bags made?
Our collections come from two origins:
• Italian Atelier — handcrafted by boutique artisans in Italy
• American Studio — contemporary designs made in the USA
Do you restock sold-out items?
Many of our items are made in small batches, meaning once they are gone, they may not return. We encourage you to join our newsletter for early access to new pieces.
Are your handbags fully vegan?
Yes. All pieces curated by Bella Moda Collection are 100% vegan and cruelty-free, using innovative plant-based materials such as apple leather, cactus leather, and grape-based alternatives.
Are your materials sustainable?
Yes. We partner with brands that prioritize responsible materials, low-impact production, and ethical working conditions.
